My husband went in to get a massage yesterday 5/31 and they charged our bank account twice. I contacted the bank and the Bank advised I needed to call and resolve it directly with the company first. The lady gave me the run around telling me it's possible there were two people with the same name that came in at the same time or I came in with him. I told her I'm in Minnesota and my husband is there on business and I know he went in by himself and that no one else with the same name came in at the same time. I asked if she was the manager. She said no. I asked if I could be forwarded to the manager and she told me she couldn't because the manager was on vacation. I asked if I could have them refund one of the amounts because they charged my account $63 dollars twice and that is inaccurate. She told me the policy was they need to see the receipt or we need to have the same name. I gave her my name and said that I have the same last name. I tried being patient with her, but I think there was a language barrier. I simply told her since I couldn't get the refund processed over the phone that I will then be disputing one of the charges with the bank once it's done pending because this is ridiculous that she's telling me I have to come in now when I'm in a completely different state. I should be able to easily have this taken care of over the phone when the companies make an error like this. I recommend if you go in to get massages, you pay cash. That way you know you aren't being ripped off. Update (June 2026): After posting this review, the company reached out and worked with me to resolve the issue. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make things right. While I was initially frustrated, I’m satisfied with how the matter was handled.
